Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Soak Youthful Red Tea in hot water for 10 minutes until soft. Pat the tea contents to dry.

Let the butter soften in room temperature. Add in sugar gradually, whip the butter until light and fluffy.

Add egg and Fruit Rum to batter and whip until sugar completely dissolved.

Sift in the flour and milk powder. Gently mix it together with batter.

Add in the raisins and soften tea contents into the batter. Fold it in.

Grease baking tray with butter. Roll the dough into spherical pieces, place it on the tray approx. 1 inch apart.

Bake for around 15-20 minutes until all of the cookies is golden brown and your cookies are ready to serve.
